Diagnostic and fix
Pool equipment and structural repairs
The repair visit starts with a diagnosis you can read, not a part swap and a bill. What broke, why it broke, what it costs to fix now, and what it costs to leave.
Who it’s for
Best fit
Owners with a symptom: the water won't hold level, the pump is loud, the heater won't fire, the pressure gauge climbed.
Owners who paid to have something replaced and are seeing the same symptom weeks later.
Buyers of a home with a pool who want the whole system checked before their first summer.
What’s included
On every visit
Everything below is standard, not upsell. Anything outside this scope is quoted before it happens.
01
On-site diagnosis
Full walk of the pad and the pool. Symptoms confirmed, ruled-out causes named, root cause identified before parts are ordered.
02
Written repair quote
The scope of the repair (parts, labor, and what is and is not included) comes in writing before work starts. Changes are re-quoted, not absorbed.
03
Leak detection
Bucket test, pressure test on the return and skimmer lines, dye test at fittings and steps, structural inspection of liner or shell.
04
Pump and motor service
Seal replacement, impeller, capacitor, wiring, or full pump replacement, the smallest fix that restores the flow rate the pool needs.
05
Heater service
Ignition, thermistor, water pressure switch, gas valve, control board, including full-swap decisions when the repair-vs-replace math no longer works.
06
Plumbing and valves
PVC repair at the pad or in the ground, actuator and diverter valve replacement, skimmer replacement, return fitting rework.
Good to know
- Every repair is quoted in writing before work starts.
- We service every major residential equipment brand (Hayward, Pentair, Jandy, and Nirvana included) regardless of who installed it.

April into May
Pool opening
The opening decides how the whole season runs. A pool that starts up clean, balanced, and on a running filter needs less recovery in June and less chemistry in July.

Pool closing
A pool closes well or it re-opens badly. Getting the water off the pump, out of the heater, and out of the plumbing is what stops a small winter job from turning into a large spring repair.
