Using this site means you accept the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Two things: information about the pools and services we sell, install, and maintain, and a way to ask for an estimate.

Sending a form is a request, nothing more. It is not a contract, it does not create a binding agreement between you and us, and it does not guarantee that we will take the work, that a service is available in your area, that a price will hold, or that a date can be scheduled. All of that is settled after we have seen the pool or the yard and put an estimate in writing.

Product descriptions, specifications, service write-ups, and photographs are here for general information and can change without notice. What a job actually involves depends on the pool and the yard. Pricing and scope are confirmed only in a written estimate, and the written estimate is what governs.

Manufacturer names that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, and they appear in order to identify equipment we install and service. We do not claim authorized-dealer or certified-installer status for any equipment brand, and nothing on this site should be read as implying affiliation with or endorsement by a manufacturer.

We work in the areas described on this site. Weekly recurring service covers Queens and Nassau County only. Everything else covers the wider area listed in the footer of every page. All of it is subject to availability.

This website is provided as is. We do not promise that it will always be available or that every page will be free of errors, and we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the website.

That paragraph is about the website. It has nothing to do with the pool work we perform, which is covered by the estimate and by any agreement for that work.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

These terms may be revised. When they are, the effective date at the top of this page changes. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revised terms.
