Franklin Pool Service sells and installs new pools, and services pools of every kind and vintage across the New York metro area. One phone number handles both: the sale doesn’t hand you to a different company for the maintenance.

The work

Two sides of the same shop.

Sales and installation. We sell and install Aquasport 52 pools: semi-inground and above-ground pools with 52″ walls, round or oval, installed above ground, partially buried, or completely in the ground. New builds are quoted per project after the yard is walked.

Service and repair. Weekly maintenance, seasonal openings and closings, green pool recovery, liner replacement, cover install, and equipment work on every major residential brand. We service pools we didn’t install, and we service pools every other company on the island has looked at.

What actually happens between the phone call and the finished job.

    Same-day reply

    Requests that come in during scheduling hours get a phone or email response the same day, not a queue slot.

    One point of contact

    The person you speak with first stays the person you speak with. No dispatcher hand-offs, no chasing a new name each week.

    Written scope before work starts

    You get the pool, equipment, sizes, and what is and is not included in writing before anyone digs. Changes are re-quoted, not absorbed.

  4. 04

    Photos on the way out

    After every service visit, weekly or one-off, opening or closing, you get photos of what was found and what was left. You do not have to be home to know it happened.
