Everything below is standard, not upsell. Anything outside this scope is quoted before it happens.

Sizing calculation
Surface area, ambient overnight temperature, and target rise actually calculated. Under-sized heaters run constantly; over-sized heaters short-cycle. Neither is what you paid for.

Gas or heat pump
Gas heaters cost less to install and heat faster; heat pumps cost less to run and last longer. You get the math for both against your usage.

Install to code
Gas line sizing verified against BTU load, exhaust clearances observed, electrical bonded and to the applicable NEC section.

Startup and handoff
Full startup, temperature-rise test, and a walkthrough of the control panel, including how to shut it down safely and what a normal fault code looks like.

Repair on any brand
Hayward, Pentair, Jandy, and Nirvana serviced regardless of who installed them. Common failure points diagnosed on the first visit.
Good to know
- We install both gas heaters and heat pumps, sized against surface area, target rise, and overnight ambient temperature. Hayward, Jandy, and Pentair equipment is sourced through Heritage Pool Supply Group in New Rochelle, NY.
- Gas heaters require a gas-line load check before install: a heater that outruns its supply line will fault under demand.

A pool closes well or it re-opens badly. Getting the water off the pump, out of the heater, and out of the plumbing is what stops a small winter job from turning into a large spring repair.
