Great interactions with Tom and Josh. This is my 2nd season using Franklin Pool service for my pool. Mainly for opening and closing but Tom was always available to help when I had a question. He walked me through a quick check and fixed the issue. I also love the fact that they are prompt and keep to their schedule.

I needed a new pool after my old one collapsed over the winter, and Joshua was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the differences between a traditional above-ground pool and a true semi-inground pool, which made the decision much easier. After considering our options, we decided to go with the Aquasport and also added a heater. From start to finish, the communication was excellent, delivery was smooth, and the installation work was great. Joshua and his team did a fantastic job, and we’re very happy with our new pool. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality pool and a company that stands behind their work.

After purchasing my house I was struggling to maintain my pool, it kept getting cloudy and green. Franklin pool service came by to do a service call and explained and walked me through how to test the chemicals, add what was needed and how long i should be running the pump and filter. They also showed me how to backwash my filter. Thanks to them i understood how to run my pool and it has remained clear since. I will be contacting them for the closing and any service i need in the future.

When my pool was not running properly, we hired franklin pool service to come out and take a look. They showed us that are chemical balance was off and how to clean the filter because it was dirty. Any questions we had they were able to answer. Would highly recommend.

We have been using Franklin Pool Service to maintain our backyard pool for the past 3 summers. When we first moved into our home, we had very little knowledge of how to keep our pool clean and functioning well. Keeping the water clear quickly became a burden. After doing some research, I came across Franklin Pool Service. I called and described the trouble we were having with our pool, and Josh and his dad were here within a day working to rectify what had gone wrong. They were able to get our pool properly cleaned, treated and up and running so that it was ready to swim in almost immediately. And they have been opening/closing it and cleaning/treating it weekly since then. This year starts our 4th summer working with them, and it was the best decision we could have made. Our pool is no longer a headache. If any repairs are needed, Franklin Pool Service is easily reachable, and they quickly come to solve the problem. I would definitely recommend them for any of your pool maintenance and repair needs.

“I was looking for a pool service guy I came across Tom from Franklin pool service. I was really frustrated. I’d put in a lot of work setting up my pool, filter, pump, and everything else, but there was a problem! The pump was acting up, even after I let all the air out and the water level kept dropping overnight. I was looking for a pool service expert and came across Tom on Google. Even though he didn’t know me, he took his over the phone to walk me through a process of elimination about what could be the problem, he didn’t have to do that. He could’ve very easily said put in a service call, but he didn’t! It shows what kind of person he is. He gave me a few tips on what to look for and where to start he was spot on — it was a leak, not the pump. Saved me a ton of money and headache. Absolute class act. I highly recommend him. I couldn’t recommend this company enough. Tom is as honest and knowledgeable as you could get. His semi in-ground pool is the best in the market and it is built like a tank. The walls are rigid and is the exact opposite of the flimsy alternatives. His prices were great and being a first time pool owner, I felt assured I was getting high quality equipment for a good price. He has been available for advice from start to finish and is eager to help out throughout the whole process. Even after having the pool installed, he is still offering me tips to maintain the pool. Customer service like this is rare so if you are looking to purchase a pool, do yourself a favor and be sure to call Tom!!

Tom is very professional and considerate. I let him know that the cleaning pool service that happened few days ago, was not up to standards. I called him, sent him photos and videos about the issues I noticed with the pool, and he was able to come immediately to investigate and determine what the issue was. He was then able to fix the issue. As you can see from the photos, he was able to clean and vacuum the bottom of the pool and it’s now a lot more clean and ready to be used. I now look forward to using the above ground pool with my beautiful nieces!

Tom and Josh came by to open my pool. It was the first time here so I was not familiar with the process or the equipment. The guys worked quickly and did a great and efficient job getting everything opened up, clean and put away. They figured out the filter and replaced some broken parts on the fly.
